We are now open to take registration for membership for the year 1st September 2016 to 31st August 2017.
There is an option “Resubmission for the new season” for those of you who completed our on-line system last year. However you are asked to confirm that none of your details have changed, for example a change of home address, Email address or phone numbers. Where they have changed you need to make the amendment to your account.
You will be pleased to know that we are retaining the prices for our services. As last year there is an option to pay everything up front at a discounted price. For others there is the option to pay by 11 monthly standing order amounts commencing 1st August and ending on 1st June 2017.
There have been seven sign on dates. Anyone signing after 1st August will be contacted to arrange for you to come to our office to sign the printed paperwork.
We need to point out that the various leagues we sign up to have their own specific deadlines which we must meet in order for players to be eligible to play in the opening matches of their respective seasons. Please help us to meet these deadlines and avoid disappointment to our members by ensuring both the parent (where applicable) and the player sign all the paperwork on one of these dates. We need both the player and a parent/guardian (where applicable) to attend the sign on process.
